Return & Exchange Policy
This return policy is here to make sure you feel confident when purchasing from Offsides.art. If you’ve changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, the details below explain what to do.
Originals
All original artworks are final sale. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please review images and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out prior to checkout.
Prints
Prints may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Stickers & Accessories
All stickers and small accessories are final sale unless they arrive damaged. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Apparel
Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
